Everyone the world over knows about football.
The general rules, the shape of the ball, the amount of goals scored, and how the game is played.
But for a fan attending come match-day, the game is often secondary to the experience had with friends, the atmosphere, and the events that often surround the on-field drama.
If you haven’t already heard, some of The Football Sack team are headed up to Robina to watch Gold Coast United take on Wellington Phoenix at Skilled Park – whose numbers will swell with our presence. We’re going to make an event of it, filming and tweeting through the evening – from the journey up to the venue to the final whistle and beyond, we’ll bring you the full A-league experience.
So stay tuned for our adventure to the Gold Coast, as we try to reveal how great a trip to the football can actually be!
