The Who, TBC FC’s supporter group

Drawing on their lack of announcements after their extensive listening tour of western Sydney, To Be Confirmed Football Club was today revealed as the fledgeling club’s inaugural name (which may be changed if it isn’t received well) alongside the release of the 2012/13 Hyundai A-League season fixtures.

A full list of TBC FC’s fixtures are as follows:

1: Central Coast Mariners (home) 6 Oct 2012

Further, it can be revealed that the club’s feature colour will be bright red – just like the western Sydney franchise’s embarrassed cheeks – their marquee signing will be the Invisible Man, and their mascot will be the Loch Ness Monster.

Rumours that TBC FC will play their home games in Atlantis and that their supporter group are to be named The Who are largely speculative, however a source close to the club (figuratively close, since the home ground is currently unknown) suggest they are not far from the truth.

“We’re currently investigating the possibility of a preseason tour, hopefully to the Bermuda Triangle, as we feel that the aura of uncertainty and the unknown really fits our brand image right now…
