Three points have now been deducted from both Western Sydney Wanderers and Melbourne Victory following more unruly behaviour from their fans. online pharmacy https://xiglute.com/blogs/20228742/181736/advantages-of-internet-pharmacies no prescription pharmacy
After last weekend’s clash between the two sides at AAMI Park an altercation between opposition clubs’ fan groups has forced the hand of peak governing body, Football Federation Australia (FFA).
Earlier in the year both Victory and Wanderers were handed suspended sentences, with three competition points to be docked should another serious offence be made.
The loss of points couldn’t come at a worse time for either team. Melbourne Victory are desperate to maintain their Finals Series position, and this paves the way for Sydney FC to overtake them on the Hyundai A-League ladder as early as this weekend.
Western Sydney Wanderers at the other end of the table can kiss goodbye their Premiership hopes, the deduction ending the possibility of a first place finish.
The offending fans were dished out life bans from FFA late last night, but that will come as little solace for those Wanderers supporters eager to see their club win more silverware.
“The events of last Saturday night and the coordinated misconduct of a section of Western Sydney Wanderers fans cannot be tolerated by anyone in Australian football,” FFA CEO David Gallop said at the time of the first offence.
“The misconduct was not only dangerous and threatening but the coordinated and calculated way the fans behaved was a serious blight on the reputation of football and everyone involved in our game including clubs, members, fans, players and officials.
