Sydney FC continued their W-League dominance over Adelaide United with a 2-0 win in front of a passionate 1535 strong crowd at Miranda’s Seymour Shaw. online pharmacy https://www.columbinecreekdentistry.com/wp-content/themes/twentytwentythree/parts/singulair.html no prescription
The hosts proved too good for the winless Reds as a wonderfully worked 42nd minute Remy Siemsen effort and a late own goal secured the three points, ensuring Sydney’s twelfth straight win over Adelaide.
Sydney started the brighter of the two sides and showed their intent in the early stages with a screaming long range effort from Caitlin Foord swerving just wide.
And Foord provided Sydney’s inspiration again, weaving her magic to put Leena Khamis through on goal in the 12th minute only for the striker to blaze her effort wide.
Adelaide looked ruffled by Sydney’s pace on the flanks and fluidity with the ball, and were largely starved of possession, but managed to limit the home side’s chances to shots from distance.
The best chance of the half for the visitors came from a 32nd minute freekick and while the cross was curled in beautifully, play was stopped for an infringement on Sydney captain Teresa Polias.
Remy Siemsen deservedly put Sydney ahead just before halftime with her delightful lob over Adelaide keeper Eliza Campbell finding the back of the net after 42 minutes and sending the hosts into the sheds with a 1-0 lead.
Adelaide came out from halftime with a fiery determination and they were almost rewarded when Sofia Huerta wriggled through the Sydney defence only to smash her 53rd minute shot over the bar.
Sydney had a strong penalty shout in the 64th minute after Leena Khamis was bundled over in the box but much to the condemnation of the home crowd the appeal was denied for a hand ball in the lead up.
The hosts sealed the 2-0 win in the 84th minute with Adelaide defender Emily Hodgson unfortunate to bundle the ball into her own net off a corner.
