Who would win the W-League if every game of the last decade counted? We found out…
Counting every single W-League regular season match played in 2010 to 2019, we found out who would be crowned W-League Champions of the Decade and who would be cellar-dwellers.
Despite only winning one Premierships in that time period, consistent performance (including two runners-up) sees Sydney FC, edging out Canberra United by only a single point.
Brisbane Roar, Melbourne Victory and Perth Glory round out of the top five. Unsurprisingly, Western Sydney Wanderers and Adelaide United find themselves at the foot of the ladder.
If based on a points per game average, the table changes with one particularly dramatic change. Melbourne City (1.87) shoot from eigth position to the top of the ladder with Sydney FC (1.85) and Canberra United (1.84) close behind.
