Skinbetting – what is the point?

-

In addition to real money for eSports matches, you can bet things from the game itself: these can be clothes, runes, keys, weapons.

The less often an item comes across to players, the more expensive it is (there are even ratings of such top things). At the same time, in case of winning, we get real money, which we can withdraw.

Skin betting, as a rule, is carried out by specialized sites, which, in addition to the betting line, have a trading platform where players put their things up for sale. Such sites usually do not accept anything other than bets to win the match and on each map and pair of totals. There are also such platforms where you can bet with skins, items and money, starting from just 1 ruble.

Skinbetting is suitable for underage gamers who are legally prohibited from spending money on gambling. But the line in it is limited, the odds are lower, and the sites do not have such a reputation as the usual large bookmakers, besides, in recent years they have been actively fighting against skin betting and it is becoming less and less possible to spend in-game items on bets.

If you want to try it, look for only the best sites that do this – after all, these are not bookmakers that have been operating for several decades.

You can ask your familiar gamers for the top sites where it is better to bet on things – or find a register 1xBet bookmaker yourself that allows you to make free bets. So hone your skills in betting is definitely more effective.

Underwater rocks

To make money on eSports, it is not enough to know profitable betting strategies and make a deep analysis of each match. Other factors can affect our account balance:

  • Sports specifics. Not only do teams play differently in online and offline tournaments, but someone’s house can turn off the light or the Internet – and then the whole team disappeared along with the bet on it;
  • Fixed games. Due to the growing popularity of esports, there are more and more professional teams that receive contracts, which are unprofitable to risk: after all, yesterday the players were ordinary gamers, and now they are making money from it. But in the Asian championships, where there are a lot of players, you can run into such a match, so it’s better not to go there;
  • Limits. Many bookmakers do not follow esports very closely yet, so they can make mistakes in the odds. Because of this, they risk losing a lot of money, so they limit the amount of the bet on matches. If you use catch-up, read the rules of the office and reviews of other bettors;
  • High margin. All for the same reason of the risk of losing money, bookmakers set a high margin: for example, instead of a coefficient of 1.97, they offer 1.93. This is especially noticeable with small bookmakers, so it is better to choose large and well-known ones.

Cybersport is already hard to call something new and unusual, and if you understand some game, but have not yet started betting on it, then what are you waiting for? We told you what you need to know – it’s time to use this knowledge.
