Melbourne Victory have stunned premiers Sydney FC with a last-gasp win in the final moments of extra time, with youngster Kyra Cooney-Cross helping Victory to the 2020/2021 W-League Championship.
Sydney FC had their backs to the wall as the game finished at a stalemate after regular time, before a corner from Cooney-Cross bamboozled Sydney keeper Jada Whyman and ended in the back of the net.
A 1-0 scoreline in extra time secured a deserved win for Melbourne Victory, who claim their second W-League championship.
